During the events of Arkham City, Batman used a device called the Remote Electrical Charge Gun, which will need to be used in Arkham Knight later in the story. As soon as you enter GCPD, you can get the gun. You can get the REC Gun by smashing the glass in the Evidence locker. OnNov 3, 2016
