How do you add friends on Bethesda?

Select Friends from the function screen to add a friend to a custom list. You can select the custom lists. Select the list you want to create. Select Friends that you want to add after you enter a name for your list. Select the list you want to create. Log out of the game and log back in after you have added this friend to a custom list.
