How do you get a poker player in Far Cry 3?

Once you reach the second island, it's very easy to get this achievement. Father's Burden, which should be shown as a blue exclamation mark on the map, is unlocked when you clear the Harmanse Gas and Repair outpost to the southeast of Thurston Town.
