How do you get all the masks?

Obtained from Full House, it makes kills and executions bloodier. Obtained by finding Push It and giving a drill at the beginning of the level. When throwing weapons at enemies, it's obtained by finding in Hot and Heavy. At the beginning of the level, you can get a silenced uzi by finding in assault.
