How do you get body armor in vampire bloodlines?

Heavy clothing can be found on "Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines". Continue through the game until you get to Downtown. The leather is light. Go through the game until you get to Hollywood. Heavy leather. Continue through the game until Chinatown is unlocked. There is body armor. The starting location is the hospital in Santa Monica.
