How do you get recruit a friend rewards?

Log in to your main account to begin earning all your rewards. Send an invite link to your main game. Add game time to the accounts that were recruited. You can log in and out of your main account. The rest of the accounts have been recruited. New accounts should be added in step 7. You must recruit and subscribe to each account.
