You have to beat all the chapters on Normal to get the extra costumes. Go to "Gates of Hell" and then to the "Rodin's Treasure" menu to load your Clear Data. There is a "Super Mirror" that costs 100.000 Halos. You'll get the rest of the costumes if you purchase this.
