How do you upgrade your weapons in Mass Effect 2?


One person is able to upgrade your weapons and armor. You can either upgrade your equipment or use the Research Project console that's near him. The Combat Information Center Deck on the Normandy contains the Research Lab where Mordin is located. The year ended on Dec 28, 2010.
